Returns & Exchanges

At Shubhrakala, each piece is handmade with great care, and we ensure quality before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll be happy to assist.

·         Eligibility: Return requests must be raised within  2 days of receiving the product.

·         Conditions: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

·         Not eligible: Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if 
the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
